We are committed to providing a high-value experience inside the Rising Star Course Library. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy to ensure clarity and transparency for all members.

Refunds

Like other subscription services, we don't charge based on usage, so no refunds are offered. It's your choice how much to engage in your journey.

Cancellation Notice Requirement
To cancel your subscription, we ask for at least a 1 day notice prior to your next billing cycle. This allows us to process your request in time and avoid any unintended charges. Once a charged has been processed, refunds will not be available. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership before your next billing date if you do not wish to be charged.

How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to our support team at brujasuccess@gmail.com. Please include your full name and the email associated with your account.

No Refunds on Rebill Charges
Due to the instant access to our digital library and materials, no refunds will be issued for recurring subscription payments. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership before your next billing date if you do not wish to be charged.

Access After Cancellation
Once your final billing period ends, your access to the course library and any associated materials will be revoked.

Pausing Membership
At this time, we do not offer the option to pause subscriptions. If you wish to return at a later time, you will need to re-subscribe at the current rate.

Failed Payments
If a payment fails, our system will automatically retry the charge. If the payment remains unsuccessful after multiple attempts, your access to the library may be paused until the billing issue is resolved.

Waitlist Re-Entry Conditions
The Rising Star Course Library may occasionally close enrollment and operate on a waitlist basis. If you cancel your membership during a closed enrollment period, you will lose access at the end of your billing cycle and must join the waitlist to re-enter.

Please note the following conditions for rejoining:

• Rejoining is not guaranteed. Waitlist spots are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis when enrollment reopens.

• Previous pricing is not locked in. If you cancel and later rejoin, you will be subject to the current membership rate at the time of re-enrollment.

• Founding or discounted rates are non-transferable. Special promotional pricing (such as founding member or seasonal discounts) will not be honored upon re-entry.

• You must use the same email to retain any certification or course completion history.
